"Lixingshe" is a registered charity organization established in 1997 by a group of like-minded young people with a common goal. The purpose of the club is to enable young people to practice, cultivate leadership skills, deepen civic awareness, and promote physical and mental growth.

Over the years, "Lixing Club" has adhered to this purpose, and has often promoted youth affairs work activities, such as organizing leadership training camps, student exchange groups, community visits and volunteer services, to cultivate the different talents of young people and build groups of young people. Sex, enhance their attention to society, jointly promote youth citizenship and promote community integration. The club also regularly organizes various competitions, recreational and sports activities and training classes. Long-distance running has been a key sport promoted by the club in recent years, with the hope of encouraging residents to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Since the first "Battle of the Kings of the Shing Mun River" was held in 2010, the number of participants in all previous editions has exceeded several thousand. As this project is more and more supported and welcomed by long-distance runners, it has also received strong support from various government departments, social organizations, volunteers and caring people, so that the event can be promoted and held smoothly.
