Chi Heng Foundation, founded in 1998, is a charity registered in Hong Kong (Ref No. 91/6187). In 2017, CHF registered its representative office in China under the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Activities of Overseas NGO in the Mainland of China. (Unified Social Credit Code： G1410000MCW1707731). Our programs are funded by private donors, businesses and partner NGOs.

“Chi Heng” means “wisdom in action”. We aim to promote equal opportunity and the elimination of discrimination against minority groups and under-privileged members of the society.

Our Mission: To create a harmonious, equal, and healthy society by funding and operating projects in education and care for children and adults impacted by AIDS, AIDS prevention, and anti-discrimination.
