長洲婦女會於一九七七年成立，於一九九九年十一月成為政府認可的善慈機構，並於二零零一年三月八日開辦梁潔華婦女服務中心。隨著響應國際義工年，本會亦登記成為義工機構。直至現在，本會已有一千三百五十多名會員及組員，當中女性會員、組員佔約一千二百人，其餘為男性長者組員。 本會宗旨 本會以鼓勵更多姊妹參與社會，從而增進知識、服務社區，進一步提高婦女地位，維護婦女權益，聯絡本區婦女，促進婦女團結互助、提倡及舉辦文化、康樂、聯誼、福利等活動為宗旨。每年度本會舉辦多元化的社區活動及服務，參加總人次過萬人。

本會創於一九八二年,為政府註冊慈善團體,宗旨是推廣中西區 康樂體育事務的發展,並長時間與中西區區議會、中西區民政事 務處和康樂及文化事務署合作為區內市民提供多元化的康樂體育 活動,以達致「普及體育,全民參與」的理念。除此外,本會致 力為地區培育有潛質及優秀的運動員,提供專業的培訓,令運動 員增加對地區之歸屬感,充分發揮個人潛能,一展所長代表地 區參與全港運動會及香港以外的各類型賽事。

本會創立於 2003 年 4 月,於 2004 年獲香港稅務局認可成為慈善團體。 本會自成立以來,以: (1)積極鼓勵及支持女性關心並參與社會發展 (2)培養女性自信、自強、自立、自主的能力 (3)促進社區健康教育及社會福利事業,尤其是長者服務 (4)致力促進社會和諧安定 (5)關心年青人,推動年青人實現夢想,鼓勵他們關心社區事務並對社會作出貢獻 為宗旨 自創會至 2018年09月底,共籌辦及參與超過 600 項活動及服務,入會人數超過 2,000人,印證本會致力推動女性參與社區服務,促進社會和諧安定的工作成果得到了各界的認同。 香港社會有很多需要照顧的人，所需要的服務範圍很廣，要做的工作很多。總結數年來的經驗和成果，本會為未來服務訂下了三個方向： 1. 對於推動女性工作，希望能為女性計劃一些深層及持續的服務，輔助有需要的女性去解決目前問題外，亦能提昇她們自立、自主的能力；並藉著凝聚女性力量，再去幫助有需要的人士，共同創造融洽和諧社區。 2. 對於推動社區服務，本會樂意將過去籌辦一些服務及活動的經驗，與其他非牟利團體一起分享，並主動與它們合作舉辦社區服務及活動，共同提昇社區服務質素及層面。 3. 對於健康教育事務，本會將透過籌辦更多健康講座及檢查服務，更緊密的推廣健康訊息，盡力協助政府將整個香港變成健康城市。

Throughout the development of Cantonese Opera over the last century, many brilliant artists have put a lot of effort in adopting the tradition, inspiring the successors and reforming Cantonese Opera. Thanks to their effort, Cantonese Opera has developed into its present form. Amongst different forms of arts, Cantonese Opera truly represents Hong Kong as it is the only form of art that was developed locally and has been enjoyed by people of several generations. Thus, the status of Cantonese Opera like Japanese Noh Opera and Beijing Opera should be duly recognized and inherited by our younger generation. The Cantonese Opera Advancement Association was established in 2008 with the above vision and was registered as a non-profit making organization, with a view to promoting Chinese Opera.

Formed and registered under the Society Ordinance Cap 151 in 1987, the Canossa College Parent-Teacher Association aims at - utilizing the EDB funds to organize the designated activities; - promoting parent education and bettering parent-child relationship via talks, workshops, interest courses and other activities; - improving mutual understanding among school, teachers and parents; - reflecting parents' views towards school policies; - helping parents get to know the School better and enhance their sense of belonging to the School; - contributing funds to upgrade school facilities to promote the welfare of teachers and students and to help the students in need.

It was founded by a group of old boys who graduated from the Salesian schools in Hong Kong with the idea to reciprocate to the society and to continue the Salesian mission in helping the poor, disadvantaged and neglected children and youths through the establishments of oratories and youth centres. The mission of BCA is to carry on the good work of Don Bosco to help the deprived and neglected children and youths. It was established in 1995 and registered as a non-profit charity in 2003. group. The service targets are patients suffering from ankylosing spondylitis and their families. The primary goal of our association is to care for and support fellow travellers, as a person who has experienced it, to make more people aware of this disease, and to arouse the general public's attention on how to deal with and face the disease if they are found to have it.
