Human ServicesReligion Related聯會成立的歷史 『萬國宣道浸信會香港工場議會』於一九五一年開始在本港宣教並建立教會,而各教會在神的帶領下亦紛紛自立及聘用本地的教牧同工。在一九八二年,一班姊妹教會的牧者看到各教會既出於同一差會,建基於同一信仰,彼此應有更密切的交通、禱告及支持。故產生成立聯會的意念,透過聯繫推展那需要集體力量的事工,達致造就信徒及拓展天國的目的。聯會參照腓立比書一章廿七節下作為會訓:『我們同有一個心志,站立得穩,為所信的福音齊心努力』,而這正是聯會成立的宗旨。在同工的推動下,終於一九八三年一月一日正式成立『萬國宣道浸信聯會』,更在一九九二年六月三十日成功地向政府申請為非牟利的團體。隨著ABWE家族的發展,為了讓教會及機構能建立更緊密的合作關係,同心事奉;並藉以保持ABWE宗派的特色/信仰,集合力量,發展聖工。故於二零零九年四月十六日正式更改名稱為『香港萬國宣道浸信聯會』。 聯會現有的堂會與宗旨 聯會在開始時由宣道浸信會、學基浸信會、和樂浸信會及葵興浸信會(現稱荃灣眾安浸信會)四所教會組成。時至今日,聯會的會員堂會/機構共有二十八間,姊妹堂會八間。聯會的宗旨有下列四點: 1. 為本聯會會員提供彼此交通、代禱、勉勵及互助的機會。 2. 協助維護浸信會一貫之特徵,在真道上同歸於一,務使教會信仰保持純正。 3. 協助各會員合力籌辦本地較大型的福音事工。 4. 聯會除要求會員接納聯會的會章及信條外,不干涉會員教會的內政事務,除該會員教會主動求助則屬例外。

Human ServicesReligion Related自錦繡堂成立至今,各教牧同工及弟兄姊妹忠心事奉,廣傳福音,全面開展聖工。二十年來,教會舉辦不同類別福音事工:佈道會、福音主日、旅行、電影欣賞會、音樂會、暑期聖經班、報佳音、福音營、健康檢查、老人院探訪及各類型講座等,使本區居民聽聞耶穌基督的福音,神將信主得救的人數不斷加給「錦宣」家。錦繡堂亦透過動感的敬拜、整全而有系統的培訓課程、彼此關顧的團契生活及多元化的事奉參與來造就信徒。錦繡堂於九九年初開辦閱覽室,社區中心亦於零二年開始投入服務,期望對本區坊眾提供身心靈的照顧。 錦繡堂不僅在本地的華人中工作,更照顧到本區泰籍、菲籍及印尼籍人士之需要,自九八年開展了泰語及菲語事工,於零三年開展印尼語事工,把福音傳到本地的外籍人士中。錦繡堂自八九年起便開始差傳的工作,透過對宣教士、福音機構的支持及短宣的參與,把福音帶到國內及國外不同的地方。 零二年十一月,教會於元朗的宣道會徐澤林紀念小學內植堂──宣德堂,承擔廣傳福音的挑戰,而宣德堂靠主成長,於二零零七年自立。二零一一年是錦繡堂一個新里程,於十一月植出洪恩堂,更於二零一二年五月於加州花園加恩樓擴堂,承擔更大的福音使命。

EducationHuman ServicesHong Kong Women Foundation is established and registered in 1991 in Hong Kong as a non-profit-making organisation. The Foundation aims to promote social services and women work. In the past two decades, the Foundation dedicated to serve the community, promoted services for women and families, children and youth as well as senior citizens. In co-operation with local universities and the universities in China, the Foundation conducted research studies and organised regional/international seminars to address issues concerning children, youth, women and families in the Chinese society. Through a joint federation with the local women organisations, the Foundation reviewed the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance. In advocacy of women welfare and social harmony, the Foundation made recommendations to the Government for improvement of relevant policies and existing services for women. In 1996 the Foundation established the HO Kwok Pui Chun Social Centre for the Elderly. The Centre organised numerous activities oriented to senior citizens, assisting them in potential development and to participate in the community affairs for self-enrichment and active ageing. In 2014 the Social Welfare Department upgraded the Centre to become a Neighbourhood Elderly Centre. Thereafter the Centre has expanded the service scope, rendering counselling to the elderly and support for caregivers as well as for those elders who stay behind the scene. Apart from raising the service quality of the Centre, these have demonstrated the mission and achievements of the Foundation in serving the society. For the way forward, the Foundation will strive to serve and make contribution to the society, keeping abreast of the social conditions and tempo as appropriate. Aims and Objectives To raise social concerns for women’s needs and promote support for women services; To plan, study and suggest solutions for issues/problems relevant to women; To embark on new venture/work for advocacy of women welfare. To organise seminars, talks, workshops and other activities for better development of women welfare and services; To liaise and communicate with other organisations (sharing similar aimsand objectives) in Hong Kong, other region or the overseas for raising and improvement of women status; To review and make recommendations to the Government for improvement of policy in area of women services; and To publish and post article, publication, booklet for promotion of the aims and objectives of the Foundation.

The mission of SingFest, a charitable organization, is to provide the highest quality of performances and innovative educational opportunities connecting local singers, instrumentalists, audiences and donors. Since 2012, SingFest has launched a series of choral-related education programmes for professional musicians, school teachers, university and secondary students, as well as music enthusiasts, under the guidance of world-class maestros. Established as a summer festival, the 2014/15 season marked a critical time as SingFest evolved into a year-round programme “BACH 330” supported by the Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In celebration of Bach’s 330th birth anniversary and made up of over 25 choral events including Bach Cantata Lecture-Concerts, masterclasses and school tour, BACH 330 connected the local community of musicians and audiences with international maestros and artists, receiving wide acclaim. A Germany tour of Bach Christmas Oratorio at the invitation of Thüringer Bachwochen followed, together with an appearance in RTHK’s production Christmas Concert in the Park – Pastoral Symphony. In 2016, SingFest presented Bach im Theater, the first classical choral theatre production in town. Combining physical movements, theatrical elements and contemporary insights, the newly-introduced art-form aims to breathe new life into classical choral music through an innovative showcase for young talent. In 2017, the second year-round programme “Choral Polygon” continued to promote early music and repertoire otherwise rarely performed through a variety of theatrical performances and educational events. In 2018/19 season, we embarked on another meaningful year-round project “choral:Images”, presenting staged productions of Bach’s works and micro-movies featuring Monteverdi’s madrigals, to promote choral arts and inspire humanity through the beauty of music. Proactive in promoting choral music with high-quality performances, SingFest strives to pursue not only the finest artistic standard in music but also a broader theatrical context.

Experience of the program encourages self-discovery and enables skills to develop which help the next generation to discover their purpose and vision. Since 2015, we have empowered many hundreds of young people through experience learning, volunteering and internship opportunities, and awarded more than thirty PhD fellows with diverse backgrounds from STEM, arts & culture to business & economics. Experiencing learning while working with global young leaders on exciting projects are a fertile training ground for preparing the young people for their future opportunities and challenges ahead. Many young people have joined the program for more than eight years, graduated from high schools, then from universities, and return to help. “Be the Example, Be the Culture, Be the Movement!” – the program motivates the next generation to be positive role models and lead a life of significance by adding value to others. Human Services香港單親協會成立於1991年,是註冊非牟利機構,以「自強、自助、再助人」為宗旨,致力支援單親家庭及有需要人士。協會於全港設有6個服務中心,提供多元化服務,包括:單親心理健康計劃、支援熱線、基層家庭支援、就業輔導、幼兒照顧及離異家庭輔導。同時推動共享親職教育、單親學童德行培育,並支援逆境家庭兒童。本會積極研究單親政策,倡議政府關注單親家庭需求,促進社會理解與接納。 The Hong Kong Single Parents Association (HKSPA), established in 1991, is a registered non-profit organisation supporting single-parent families and those in need. Guided by the motto "Strengthen Ourselves, Help Ourselves, then Help Others," it provides emotional, employment, educational, and legal support to help families overcome challenges and reintegrate into society. Operating through 6 service centres, HKSPA offers key services including: the Single Parent Mental Health Programme, Support Hotline, Grassroots Family Support, Employment Support, Child Care Project, and Divorce Family Counselling. The Association actively promotes co-parenting education, moral development for single-parent children, and support for children from disadvantaged families. HKSPA also researches single-parent policies and advocates for greater government attention to their needs, while enhancing public understanding and acceptance of single-parent families.
