Friends of Hope Education Fund Limited

Established in 1992, the Friends of Hope Education Fund is made up of Hong Kong Police officers and civil servants who raise money through charitable means to help subsidise school projects and education programmes for children in the remote areas of mainland China.

Hong Kong Young Dentist Federation Limited

The Hong Kong Young Dentist Federation is a non-profit organization formed by a group of young dentists in Hong Kong. It was established in October 2014 and was successfully registered as a non-profit charitable organization in January 2022. It is committed to promoting and raising the public's awareness of oral and dental hygiene , through dental services to help communities in vulnerable and poor areas, providing various dental services. So far we have carried out more than 50 local social projects, and our footprints are all over Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Ma On Shan, Tseung Kwan O, Sham Shui Po, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Tai Wo Hau, Yau Ma Tei, Sai Kung, Tsz Wan Shan, North Point and other areas. We has cooperated with 35 organizations, including Hong Kong Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), Yan Chai Hospital, Elderly Housing Association, Salvation Army, Hong Kong Caritas, Assemblies of God, etc. Our service areas also include mainland China, Taiwan, Nepal, Thailand, the Philippines, and Cambodia. More than 350 volunteers have participated, and the number of beneficiaries has exceeded 4,500. We will continue to work hard to benefit more people in the future. Local Free Dental Service To arrange free dental check-up events, we will work with local organizations or community groups that prioritise helping at-risk populations. We want to promote oral hygiene knowledge and raise awareness about oral care by offering free dental health workshops and basic oral examinations to the public. Overseas free dental service The Hong Kong Young Dentist Federation was founded on the concept of using dentistry knowledge to assist those in need. We hope to help disadvantaged people in far-off places around the world. Our goal is to promote oral hygiene through educational seminars, dental examinations, simple tooth extractions, fillings, and fluoride treatments. Our objective is to raise their awareness of oral health and improve their overall quality of life.

Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education (FSTE), formerly known as “The Federation for Continuing Education in Tertiary Institutions” (FCE), was established in 1994. It aims to advance the quality, promote collaboration and share good practices in the self-financing tertiary education sector. Mission Statement The Federation endeavours to: 1. Advance the cause of lifelong learning in Hong Kong, focusing on four sectors, namely, Self-financing Degree, Self-financing Sub-degree, Continuing Education, and Non-local Education. 2. Raise the professional quality and standards of self-financing academic and vocational education in Hong Kong. 3. Enhance communication with Government, industries, professional bodies and other stakeholders in the four sectors afore-mentioned. 4. Provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and for the sharing of information and professional experience for the sectors. 5. Encourage, support and conduct research in the context of academic and vocational education and related areas. 6. Collaborate with Government in developing Hong Kong into an education hub in Asia and beyond.

Friends of Caritas

Friends of Caritas (FOC), which is a charitable institution wholly and exclusively to promote the aims and objectives of Caritas-Hong Kong, is made up of a group of dedicated volunteers who support Caritas mission. FOC was incorporated on 27 August 1996 under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance as a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. It has also been included in the list of approved charitable institutions under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Objectives Taking an independent and active role in organizing fund raising activities (e.g. Charity Walk, TV Show, Musical, Concert etc.) and providing supportive professional advice to Caritas-Hong Kong, FOC aims to promote the mission of Caritas in the spirit of “Love in the Service of Hope”. Through organizing a variety of activities, FOC strives to increase the general public's awareness, thus their participation in and support to the manifold services that Caritas provides to the community.
