A TV program about our rebuilding project: https://bit.ly/3eRyVfa Second, through hosting monthly “Keep Your Light On” Wellbeing workshops in Hong Kong, Light On hopes that by introducing different spiritual techniques, individuals can find a "navigator" that suits them. So when sailing in the dark sea, they can still find the beacon of life or a small beam of light, that leads them forward. Third, right after the 2015 earthquake, we had delivered over 8 tonnes of materials, benefitting more than 700 families. Moreover, as the Covid-19 pandemic hit Nepal hard in 2021, we had also distributed hot meals and food packages to nearly 4,500 people.
