- Description
- Anfield Hearts Foundation (AHF) was founded in 2015 by a group of professionals concerned about the ‘Right to Education’ for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and the quality of education in Hong Kong. AHF was registered as an independent non-government organisation (NGO) with charitable status in September 2018. We support and champion those working with, and for, children with Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) and learning differences, and those concerned about the needs of special needs children, and their right to protection, education and development. Our vision is that children with special educational needs and disabilities are able to reach their full potential. Our mission is for children with special educational needs and disabilities to have a rewarding and meaningful life within their families and the community by getting the appropriate education and support to which they are entitled under the Right to Education
