- 甩石行者服事源起 從1993年，我神學畢業後一直牧會至2012年，約有關20年時間，與弟兄姊妹一同經歷工作上的轉變， 壓力不斷增加，到一個地步已經到達一個力不能勝的地步。 特別近年來，看到肢體特別是年青人在職場上的掙扎及壓力，心裡很不甘心，眼看年輕人肢體在職場上不斷被工作重擔所壓， 好像昔日以色列人在埃及被勞役，不給他們草，卻要他們造磚的慘況，裡面向主發出呼喊: '主啊！我們屬你的子民，不應過這種為奴生活，因我們有天父爸爸，我們是皇族子女，不是奴隸，主呀！你可以救我們的' 主在我2015年初退修，親近祂時挑戰我專注於職場轉化，特別要服侍年青人。 以下是主給我的事工異像: 裝備初職肢體 1. 幫助青年人進入職場； 2. 在職埸站立得穩； 3. 在職場上爭人奪地，使神的國降臨在職場。 1) 我的服侍對像是初職的青年人，約18-35歲（有很多重要決定都在這階階段做，如拍拖，結婚，生孩子，買樓，人生事業，等等） 2) 透過裝備，打氣平臺，同行夥伴，屬靈保護,不同途徑委身幫助他們在職場能 (1) 站立得穩， (2) 爭人奪地， (3) 最後轉化職場
