- 我們是一群曾經跟隨葛榮導師學習禪修的朋友。 我們有些是親身跟隨葛榮導師學習，有些則是從他的禪修記錄學習。 我們自葛榮導師於1995年首次來港後成立，於2001年在香港政府註冊為慈善機構。 我們的目標是推廣禪修及南傳佛法，推展的活動包括：翻新及保養郊區道場供禪修之用、籌辦不同類型的禪修營、協助個別團體籌辦禪營、發行期刊《禪修之友》、設立網頁、翻譯及出版南傳佛教及禪修書籍、舉辦共修班及瑜伽班、開辦禪修課程、培訓導師等。
