- 2017年10月基督教伯特利會董事會委任林漢偉、陳志忠和盧明三人成立堂委會籌備在九龍城嘉林邊道建立新堂會，並於2017年11月12日舉行第一次崇拜。堂委會向弟兄姊妹發出通告，邀請弟兄姊妹參與建立新堂會。2017年11月12日上午十一時開始第一次主日崇拜，並遵循伯特利教會的信仰及傳統，以延續伯特利教會的福音使命，讓弟兄姊妹重過歡悅的教會生活、同心敬拜事奉神。感謝主的帶領，義務顧問牧師陳誠東牧師和義務傳道鄭容妹姑娘加入堂委會協助發展及推動聖工。 經禱告後及承蒙總會伯特利教會的允許，於2018年11月基督教伯特利會董事會將新堂會命名為「基督教伯特利會美玉堂」（Bethel Mission of China （Hong Kong） Dr. Mary Stone Memorial Church Limited） 本堂宗旨 本堂以傳揚福音、領人歸主、見證基督、造就信徒、完成上主所託付之使命為宗旨。 美玉堂為基督教伯特利會附屬之堂會，會內事工由會友自理，並設董事會和執事會。其信仰、禮儀、體制、立場等，須尊重及依照伯特利教會歷史傳統，由董事會負責監督。同工會主要功能為推動教會一切聖工，向董事會負責；董事會主要功能為制訂教會發展方向及監察同工會、關懷各同工的身、心、靈，為美玉堂最高決策機構，向基督教伯特利會負責。
