Upholding social justice and human dignity through advocating harmonious and sustainable development in nations; 2. Granting relief to the poor and needy, necessitous persons, or charitable organizations; 3. Granting scholarships or making donations to any educational institution or individual and otherwise worldwide; 4. Promoting peace and harmony in conflict situations and among community groups; 5. Promoting and undertaking Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiatives; 6. Supporting community based and people centered projects. The purpose of Bishop Dennis Ng Victory Ministries Foundation is to empower individuals, families and local communities, including people of all ages, to master their competencies (skills) to endure hardship in their life, institute cultural and social harmony as a fundamental pillars of a society, and achieve equitable social development in the community, which comply with Goal 4 quality education, Goal 10 reduced inequalities, Goal 16 peace and justice, and Goal 17 partnership.
