- 由鍾志平博士創立的鵬程慈善基金，一直積極支持不同地區的教育發展和各項相關工作，慷慨捐款，惠及不同院校，當中包括香港理工大學、香港中文大學、香港科技大學、香港城市大學、嶺南大學、恒生管理學院、職業訓練局、香港專業教育學院、香港知專設計學院、邱子文高中學校、兆基創意書院等；另外亦分別在內地捐贈助學金及於英國華威大學設立獎學金。 基金自成立以來，對積極學習的學生頒發獎學金，如多項設計獎學金、傑出學生獎等，分別向學業成績和全人發展方面表現優異的學生作出鼓勵。為了擴闊學生的視野，基金先後贊助學生遠赴南極、北極、珠穆朗瑪峰等不同地區作極地探索；同時亦贊助學生參加世界技能大賽和外展訓練計劃等。這種種寶貴而獨特的體驗，相信可以讓學生終生受用。
