It is the first charitable job-matching platform for higher educated persons with disabilities and inclusive employers. CareER (pronounced “Care-E-R”) stands for Care in Education and Recruitment. CareER plays an important role in the career development of persons with disabilities and special educational needs (SENs) by ensuring a smooth transition from campus to the workplace.
