- 本中心於2000年由一群熱心的校長、社工、學者及有關人士創辦，並已註冊為非牟利慈善機構。有鑑於青少年欺凌問題、校園暴力及越軌行為日益嚴重，故此，我們倡議嶄新的服務形式與手法，協助學童得到全人的發展及改善人際關係。 根據中心宗旨「促進人際和諧共處；倡議人際關係修和」，我們積極倡議及推廣有關「人際修和」、「復和公義」等理念及服務；經過多年的努力，我們的工作得到教育界及社工界的認同及支持。我們獲得社會福利署的推薦，遷往深水埗現址開設服務中心。此外，我們亦是香港社會服務聯會及香港公益金的會員機構。 本中心的服務範圍遍及全港，為一所全港性的服務機構；服務對象包括︰幼稚園、小學、中學、大專院校及社會服務機構。我們所提供的服務也是針對青少年的成長需要而設計，為他們提供一系列的預防及發展性教育活動，促進青少年健康、愉快地成長。
