Most of these volunteers have social work, special education and rehabilitation backgrounds. It was incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance in 2007 as a non-profit organisation. We ensure all the funds are used for the children. Our vision: To enable children with disabilities to rise and walk and become independent.
