Description: 本堂於1939年創會，建立之初正是日軍侵華時代，大量廣州及四邑內地難民逃難到香港，其中不少是中華基督教會會友，且具有長老會背景的。吳鴻新主任眼見信眾缺乏牧養的機會，他隨即四處向會友派信，發出主日崇拜的「宣言」，並遂於同年五月廿一日的下午由他親自帶領第一次崇拜，敬拜上主，建立團契，彼此牧養，共同事奉。期間會眾不斷增加，經歷多次搬遷及增堂，最後決意在現有的堂址興建新堂，於1960年12月4日正式落成，並在12月11日舉行首次主日崇拜。; "Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States.
