- 大角咀基全堂成立之前，母會中華基督教會基道旺角便於1999年開始與基全小學下午校建立堂校合作關係，以發展校內福音工作，最先合作之項目包括：小學生福音營、學生團契、功課輔導班、初信栽培班、校內之聖誕節和復活節活動、教育主日等。 使命宣言： 我們的使命是引領人：認識基督、作主門徒、榮耀上帝。 我們的異象是： 在大角咀成為一間為主發光的教會；我們看見： 社區上有更多的人，能聽聞福音得知救恩的盼望； 社區上有更多的人，能相信基督經歷生命的改變； 社區上有更多的人，能加入教會成為神家的成員。 在教會內活出滿有討神喜悅的生活；我們看見： 肢體一起同心敬拜，上帝在當中得著榮耀和稱讚； 肢體一起學習真理，生命在當中得著成長和發揮； 肢體一起合一相愛，彼此在當中得著關懷和建立。
