- 本堂(中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂)成立於 2005 年 10 月。 母堂(即中華基督教會梁發紀念禮拜堂)創立於主曆 1963 年 12 月 1 日，至今已超過五十年。母堂起初座落於觀塘通明街，遂開展福 音工作，同時開辦幼稚園服務社區。中華基督教會香港區會於 1965 年於觀塘成立基法小學，1965 年 2 月 25 日奠基，母堂亦於 1966 年 1 月遷入月華街 34 號並於 1 月 9 日揭幕，繼續聖工。母堂經區會命 名為「梁發紀念禮拜堂」，為的是紀念第一位被按立的中國人牧者梁 發先生，目的是要信徒效法他為主工作。 蒙主恩佑，2005 年適逢基法小學遷校油塘之際，母堂於 2005 年 10 月 2 日於油塘道 25 號(基法小學(油塘)內)拓植新堂，舉行啟 堂崇拜成立「中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂」，以延續母堂與基 法小學(現基法小學(油塘))多年來堂校合作之良好關係。2006 年 10 月 1 日舉行獻堂禮，蒙主分別為聖。 本堂於 2008 年 2 月 27 日註冊成為有限公司，並於 2008 年 8 月 24 日起由稅務局註冊為公共性質的慈善機構並獲豁免繳稅，並已於 2009 年 10 月 24 日獲中華基督教會香港區會正式接納為「自養堂」。 由於本區內地新移民逐年增多，亦有很多新移民加入本堂，故決定開 展內地新移民事工，遂於 2013 年 10 月開始第二堂崇拜及普通話事 工。本堂自開堂至今蒙主恩佑，各項事工順利開展。 母堂為觀塘山上之城，本堂盼為油塘之光。 本堂信仰綱要，乃秉承中華基督教會之信仰大綱: 1. 信仰基督耶穌為贖罪之救主，為教會之基礎，以基督天國普建 於世界為目的。 2. 接納舊新兩約聖經為上帝之言，由靈感而成，為吾人信仰及本 份之最高準則。 3. 承認使徒信經堪以表示正宗教會共信之要道。
