In addition, the CCF may consider introducing programmes on a pilot basis to help the Government identify those measures that can be considered for incorporation into its regular assistance and service programmes.; "Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States.
