Mission: Provide high-quality and diversified community services through service units in Tin Shui Wai and Tung Chung to expand the living space of poor people at the grassroots level, and provide community education to share the causes of poverty and solutions for the grassroots to the public and school students.
- Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
