After a number of years investing in these young people, the desire was born to continue and grow the work. Our vision is for young people across the city of Hong Kong to realise lasting personal, societal, and global change wherever they go.; Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
