- 神召會的根源可追溯到20世紀初的五旬節復興運動。從這復興運動，神召會在1914年美國阿肯色州的熱泉市誕生。神召會已有一百年的歷史，其增長動力今天仍然在世界各地顯而易見，因為聖靈還在不斷作工 。從一個卑微的開始──當年的創會會議時只有300人出席，但時至今天，神召會全球有6千7百萬信眾。 自美、加神召會成立以來，兩會紛紛差遺宣教士來華傳福音，足跡遍及華北、華中、華南各地。1928年秋，美國女宣教士黎愛華姑娘來香港休養，並開始傳揚福音，在上海街蓋帳幕佈道，後來人數大增，租用彌敦道698號為佈道所。1951年本會購買亞皆老街123號現址興建禮拜堂，這是神召會在香港建立的第一所教會。 其後本會積極向各區傳揚福音，分別於慈雲山、石崗、白田、屯門、及天水圍等處設立支堂 (又有筲箕灣神召會加入成為欣榮支堂)。此外，教會又開設神召會恩慈書室，在教育方面又增辦白田幼稚園、恩恩幼兒中心、和天澤幼兒中心 (後改為名為天澤幼兒園) 。宣教的事工包括資助海外和國內福音事工和参與各地短宣工作。 我們的使命宣言是「忠於基督使命，活出豐盛生命」，這是神召會禮拜堂每位信徒努力的目標，我們深信靠著神的恩典，聖靈的大能，弟兄姊妹的同心合作，我們要成為一間有生命和使命的教會。
