- 本會創會的宗旨是「關老護幼♡耆享藝姿♡服務社會♡豐盛人生」～透過招募和訓練不同年齡層的義工參與及關懷有需要社群，致力為弱勢社群、兒童和長者提供服務，發揮“關老護幼”的精神之餘，年長的義工更可藉此機會展示“耆享藝姿”的魄力和表演天份，做到“服務社會，豐盛人生”。 本會服務的對象主要有長者、孤兒、貧困學生及家庭；而服務地區包括香港、國內，甚或國際。送暖行動包括探訪安老院、特殊學校、社會福利院、山區學校和貧困家庭等等。探訪內容包括溝通交流、表演、遊戲、剪髮、贈送物資(包括衣物、食物及生活用品等)，更會為有需要的學生提供助學的名額。 本會的服務不單只是在物質上的支援，更重要是帶給受惠者心靈上的慰藉，發揮人與人之間的關愛，讓他們感受到人間有情，關愛共融！
- Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
