Certain courses of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Youth College under the auspice of the Vocational Training Council.; "Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States.
