- 成長思維教育協會有限公司（簡稱“協會”）成立於2019年，並於2021年正式成為慈善機構。協會是由一群在正向心理學及成長思維領域已經默默耕耘了幾年的專業人士發起。協會緣起於過去幾年的幾十宗中小學生自殺個案所帶來的衝擊。教育制度的改變及來自家庭和社會的壓力，讓不少學童輕則犧牲快樂的童年時光，重則付出生命的代價。 本會宗旨 成長思維教育協會有限公司（ 簡稱「成長思維教育協會」）的成立為促進教育，其宗旨包括： - 在香港以慈善機構形式推行「成長思維」（也稱為「成長型思維」、「成長心態」、「成長型心態」、「成長思維模式」）給社會大眾尤其在學學生，藉以幫助學生提升學習興趣，個人自信，成長動力和各方面能力。為香港教育作出貢獻。 - 召集對「成長思維」有興趣及擁有專業能力的人士成為義工，結合新媒體和社交網絡，共同推廣「成長思維」，裨益大眾。 - 提供與「成長思維」有關的教育資源、信息和服務給義工和大眾，帶動互相學習風氣，達至資源共享。。 我們的使命 作為慈善機構，我們致力於由內至外，向香港的教育和培訓機構，以及社會大眾提供與成長思維相關的服務和產品。令成長思維普及並成為受眾的核心特質。 我們的願景 成為並保持是在香港推行成長思維的最大機構，以一個對大眾開放、正面、有成長思維和民主程序的非牟利組織，令最多人受益。
