The Academy is promoted by The Law Society of Hong Kong (“Society”) and is dedicated to reaching out and promoting law through education and training to the Society Members and to the local and international communities. The Academy of Law aims to: - Aspire to be a leading ambassador of the rule of law - Cultivate social awareness of the connection between law and other community development - Advance the learning of law in the local and international communities - Deliver quality training programmes for the legal profession - Enhance public awareness of the core values of the legal profession - Maintain a close link with law students and provide them with pathway guidance - Yield and nurture a professional ethic of public service among the legal profession
