- 籽識慈善基金於2014創立，並於2015年正式成為《稅務條例》第88條下所列名單中的慈善團體，主力為教育、青少年發展及追求夢想三大方向籌辦有意義的活動。 團隊每年舉辦全港性活動「今生不做機械人夢想計劃」，希望能集結社會力量，宣揚「今生不做機械人」的追夢精神，鼓勵香港人找到興趣和堅持所想，勇於挑戰自我、發揮創意及個人潛能。由創立至今，「今生不做機械人」夢想計劃成就了接近100個夢想方案，推動了5000多個夢想單位踏出追夢第一步。計劃得到社會各方面的正面迴響，獲150多篇媒體報導，也曾與超過150間中小學合作，舉辦100多場的「夢想分享會」。此計劃現以「創夢、延夢、圓夢」分拆為三個針對青少年、家長、長者的夢想計劃，其中創夢計劃獲賽馬會資助。 另外，機構亦與不同機構合作策劃青少年活動，包括青年發展委員會「生涯規劃，向夢想進發！」、theDesk「夢想市集」、瑞銀集團「創出新主意」等。
