Religion Related學基浸信會是在1971年4月由萬國宣道浸信會西差會彭偉光宣教士夫婦（REV. & MRS. PASWATERS）所創立。本會承接初期教會的使命，傳揚耶穌基督的拯救恩典，使人明白聖經真理，得着永生的盼望，裝備信徒全面及積極地履行神所賜的大誡命和大使命（馬太福音22:36-39、28:19-20）。同時，本會也透過參與地區社會服務，具體地幫助有需要的人群；所以在教會發展的過程中，曾先後開辦幼兒園、幼稚園、青年中心、自修室和老人中心、「學基愛鄰社」等社會服務，以基督的愛心來服務社群。

Human ServicesReligion Related懷著廣傳耶穌基督福音的大使命，萬國宣道浸信會差會西教士嘉威廉牧師，於1972年在葵盛村透過開辦青少年中心發展福音事工，並於1975年創立葵盛浸信會與楊步雲牧師並肩發展福音事工。 神恩浩瀚葵盛浸信會於1978年分植葵興浸信會；1987年葵興浸信會遷往梨木樹改名為梨木樹浸信會及於1996年遷徙往荃灣改名為眾安浸信會。 2004年分植創立傳恩浸信會，重回到梨木樹邨服侍社區。 教會從創立至今果實纍纍，亦經歷了幾許風雨起落的艱苦歲月，不變的是神豐盛的恩典與弟兄姊妹敬神愛人關懷佈道的心志。

Human ServicesReligion Related本會的母會白田浸信會蒙 神豐盛恩典，聚會人數不斷增加，地方不敷使用。執事會於1991年向教會提出建立分堂、拓展神的國度，並於同年年底在會員大會通過。 我們建堂時經歷 神豐富預備。在人力上， 神預備三十多位弟兄姊妹聯同黃鳳鸞傳道一同事奉；在經濟上， 神也豐豐富富預備，讓我們以信心認獻籌集獻金支付新堂首期和裝修費。本會於1992年4月購置元州街順景樓2樓，於同年7月12日獻堂及開始聚會。 本會定名為「烙恩浸信會」，意思是把神的恩典烙記於心。 本會在1993年成立會章小組，1994年6月30日以「烙恩浸信會有限公司」名義於香港政府註冊為非牟利宗教慈善團體。 感謝神，聚會人數增加及事工發展，本會於1997年購買青山道麗瑞閣2樓，並於同年年底遷入。及後又租用同樓上層一個單位作聚會場地。
