本教會前身為九龍城浸信會禧年小學禮拜堂，於一九八九年二月二十六日開始在禧年小學禮堂舉行第一次主日崇拜。本會鼓勵會友委身遵行主耶穌的大使命，特別以將福音傳遍富安花園、大水坑村及馬鞍山地區為目標，同時亦積極協助禧年小學學生福音工作。 ​ 一九九五年十月，本教會在富安花園商場二樓購置了一單位，作為本教會之辦公室（稱為商場副堂），同時也可作小組聚會、祈禱會等用途。承蒙上主的厚愛，本教會於一九九九年九月十二日自立，成為自立的教會，定名為富安浸信會禧年堂，繼續竭力推動區內及校內福音事工，作為神的燈台。

本會於一九五三年二月廿二日由九龍城浸信會在大埔廣福道五十六號開設的基址，以迎合當地的人口因中國政權易手後而驟增；得到西教士畢路得姑娘及梅國芳牧師的協助，並聘請彭學騰先生為主任傳道，展開各項福音事工，而當時聚會人數祇得三數十人。 本會是按照聖經的教導而設立，其中包括耶穌在世時留下大使命（太 28:18-20 ，可 16:15-18 ，路 24:46-49 ，約 20:21-25 ，徒 1:7-8 ）。使徒時代的教會留下美好的榜樣（徒 2:41-47 ）。保羅提醒我們教會生活的目標（弗 4:11-16 ）。我們當盡力向此目標發展。　 目標宣言 大埔浸信會是以基督為首的地方教會。我們的使命是要透過發揮各人恩賜，帶領萬民歸主，塑造門徒生命，實踐彼此相愛，服侍大埔社群，建立合一敬拜；從而建立基督的身體，藉此榮耀上帝聖名。

簡史 信望愛佈道所於1969年正式創立，回想母會(青山道潮語浸信會)是在極困難之環境下咸立佈道所，創辦人袁少波牧師和羅淑芳教士不辭勞苦帶領佈道所之晚堂崇拜，及牧飬一班對荃灣葵青區有傳福音負擔的弟兄姊妹，多年來親歷神的恩典。 聚會地方的恩典一蒙神的恩典，主感動导會肢體，在他們大力支持下，在1974年買入禾塘咀街葵和大廈二樓了號幸作佈道所固产聚會的地方，從此會眾不用在不同家庭分散聚會。之後蒙神祝福，於1988年遷往荃灣眾交街堂址，並於1998年遷至現址。 經多年等候，信望愛佈道所於2012年5月正式自立，成寪信望愛浸信會。 本會宗旨 活出有信望愛的生命，傳謹耶穌基督的福音，獻心靈和誠實的敬拜， 持守聖經真理的教導，實踐彼此相愛的團契，履行普世福音的宣教。

我們的教會剛開荒發展，故有別於一般教會。聚會人數雖然不多，但無論弟兄姊妹或新朋友皆得着更多關心和適切的牧養；亦因為教會發展的需要，弟兄姊妹可以有更多機會參與事奉，發掘恩賜。正如聖經說：「若是找到了，我實在告訴你們，他為這一隻羊歡喜，比為那沒有迷路的九十九隻歡喜還大呢！你們在天上的父也是這樣，不願意失去這些小子中的一個。」（太18：13-14）我們的教會也看重每一個失喪的靈魂。 教會着重教育或發展每位信徒從神而來的恩賜才能，當中尤其以培育青少年為我們最大的負擔。 教會宗旨 (1) 招聚信徒同在教會敬拜獨一真神，以讓神得著應得的榮耀。 (2) 傳揚福音、領人歸主，實踐耶穌基督所頒佈的大使命。 (3) 牧養信徒、教導聖經真理，建立信徒靈性生命。 (4) 聯絡信徒、彼此關顧，發揮基督教信望愛精神。 (5) 以聖經教導真理，以真理培育品格，以品格影響生命。

本會於1994年4月成立，是母會 十字架山浸信會 其中一個分會。當時，由湯傳道帶領約六十位肢體（包括兩個團契：約瑟團及基甸團，及其他有擴堂心志的弟兄姊妹），並得到 中國浸信會神學院 慷慨借出學院的地方供本會使用，在學院的舊址，大角咀福全街17號福康大樓開始崇拜及團契的聚會。幾個月後，適逢另一分會 沐恩浸信會 需要發展及將其會址（界限街4-10號福群大廈1B室）售回給母會，因此，本會得到母會無私的饋贈，於1995年1月開始在上址聚會，並於1997年4月正式獨立成為 頌恩浸信會，而福群大廈就成為教會的註冊會址。期間，呂姑娘加入本會任職傳道人。在短短的三年間，我們從無會址到有固定的會址，從一位傳道人到兩位傳道人，當中實在滿有神的恩典！ 實踐行動 - 透過聚會引領基督徒以心靈和誠實敬拜神 - 教導基督徒聖經真理，使能全面裝備，活出基督之樣式 - 促進在信徒之間，以兄弟的愛互相關顧及彼此服侍之基督徒團體生活 - 由本地到世界各地，宣揚耶穌基督的福音，引領世人因相信耶穌基督而接受救恩，受浸並成為門徒 - 幫助社會及世界上有需要之人士，以彰顯基督的愛心

Society of True Light is the first non-profit organisation that is advocating for the banning of conversion therapy and all other forms of sexual orientation change efforts (SOCE) in Hong Kong. We were established on 17 May 2018 (International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia). We have no religious background and aim to promote self-acceptance of sexual minorities through various means such as action, academic research, education, supervision, and publication. Society of True Light has organized various events in the past, such as the pioneering international conference on LGBT+ affirmative counseling practices in 2023, the Weight of Love Exhibition and Theatre Workshop in 2024, and made various publications, such as 2022 Research Report on SOCE in Hong Kong and LGB Counselling Handbook. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was first formed by a group of volunteers in 1903 and became active in 1921. Although we are the first charity in Hong Kong to deal with all aspects of animal welfare, we obtain around only 1% of our funding from the government. The rest of our funding comes from the generosity of the general public, for which we are extremely grateful. It is a constant challenge to raise the funds necessary to continue our work. We believe that animals are living creatures which like humans, are able to feel pain, hunger and thirst. We should not inflict any suffering upon our fellow creatures just because they can't speak.
