實踐基督的大使命，成為有機使命的群體，把未信者建立成為委身的基督徒。 口 號「吸引、建立、委身」（Attract, Build, Commit） 長康浸信會成為一間吸 引、建 立、委 身從外而內的佈道栽培群體。 （A）吸 引－以關係性佈道為主的策略，以愛和服事人的需要把人吸引回來。 （B）建 立－以愛吸引人留下，並與新朋友建立關係及栽培其成長， 使他們穩定長期參與教會聚會。 （C）委 身－使人投入改變生命的事奉、委身服事教會。
