Chih Lo Lou Art Promotion (Non-Profit Making) Limited, is a private philanthropic organization incorporated in 1985 by Mr. Ho, lu Kwong to further the spirit of Chih Lo Lou, with the objective to benefit moral, social and physical well-being of the community through promotion of art. It is hoped that by engaging in art, 'form' and 'spirit' could mutually enhance one another and ultimately be as one.
