About the organisation
本會宗旨 （一）我們的異象 見證基督，服務社群，為 神贏得世界。 （二）我們的教會觀 本堂會作為基督的教會，已領受基督對教會的觀念， 這些觀念包括： 1.教會的使命－根據<太28:18-20>， 教會的使命主要是使萬民作基督的門徒， 為他們施洗，並將基督的教訓教訓他們遵守。 在基督的教訓中，最主要是信徒要彼此相愛。 2.教會的動力－根據<徒1:8>， 教會的動力在於聖靈的能力。 3.教會的策略－根據<徒1:8>， 教會的策略在於由近至遠的見証基督。 4.教會的領導－根據<太28:18-20>， 教會的領導在於秉承基督權柄而受委託的使徒權威。 （三）我們的體制觀 聖經已有教會體制模式的典範，可以作為參考。 建制原則包括： 1.因應需要而建制，亦即建制為要滿足教會群體的需要。 2.雖無階級高下的觀念，卻有配合恩賜的不同職位。 3.整個建制的目的，為要發揮教會的本質與功能。 4.建制既因應需要而有，因此建制是因時制宜，沒有固定模式。 5.建制是否成功，可以從神是否同在及教會是否興旺作檢視標準。
