About the organisation
In terms of theological education, our mission is “to develop theologically equipped, spiritually mature and mission-driven workers of God's kingdom, so as to realize the threefold vision in the Church and the world”. Apart from providing basic theological training, the seminary also emphasizes the importance of “spiritual formation” and “the practice of mission”, thus providing a holistic training – from knowledge to action – to all workers of God's kingdom.

- 2026年4月「苦路‧十架」
臨近受苦節，每年這時候，作為跟從耶穌的門徒，我們都會透過不同方式，重新思想耶穌基督的受苦。好些電影片段，將耶穌行走苦路，被受虐打，最後被釘十架的情節，繪影繪聲地展現出來；有些退修營地設有「苦路十四站」，讓人透過圖像或浮雕，默想基督受苦的歷程，重新體會基督為罪人所作的一切，藉此更深經歷基督的犧牲大愛！
- 2026年3月「以『宣道』為志」
早前忽發奇想，向AI查問：「在全球華人神學院中，有哪間以『宣道/使命』(Mission)為名？」AI回覆：「在全球華人神學院中，唯一直接以『宣道/使命』(Mission)為名的，是位於香港的『中國宣道神學院 (Chinese Mission Seminary)』，這所神學院的英文名稱中明確包含“Mission”，在華人神學教育界是獨一無二的。」感謝學院前人的睿智，在學院成立之時，已為學院起了一個相當有意思的名字，也為學院奠定了重要的方向：以「宣道」為志！
- 2026年2月「當預苦期遇上農曆新年」
早前接受基督教文藝出版社的訪問，被問及一個有趣的問題，有關於「預苦期」（又名「大齋期」）。預苦期（Lent）是記念耶穌基督受苦和復活的節期，傳統上信徒會在預苦期進行屬靈操練，包括：禁食（Fast）、禱告（Pray）、施捨（Give）。守節的弟兄姊妹會從「聖灰週三」起四十天進行禁食，惟禁食方式很多，可禁吃固體食物，或禁吃肉類、甜食等等，重點在於克己、悔罪、效法基督受苦的心志，並將節省下來的金錢賙濟貧窮。按教會年期⋯⋯
