道教鼎信仙觀之創立和宗旨 本觀為全真演教龍門派雷風一脈敬奉 純陽演政警化孚佑帝君呂祖仙師為本觀祖師, 並敬奉斗姥元君 李廉德真仙 大慈大悲觀世音菩薩 護法王大天君 本觀有銜聖眾 本觀啟教宗師黃鼎啟道長緣於一九七九年偶遇瓊花座落于梧桐山,呂祖仙師賜鼎信堂名號于黃道長,並於一九九一年呂祖仙師鸞示黃鼎啟道長李鼎脈道長, 羅鼎珍道長, 何鼎聖道長, 于加拿大溫哥華開啟鼎信堂闡揚道脈,諭由李鼎脈道長為掌門, 黃鼎啟道長為壇主, 羅鼎珍道長為侍鸞生普救傳道,呂祖仙師於二零零三年開示李鼎脈, 黃鼎言, 何鼎聖, 吳鼎述, 蕭鼎懿五人在香港闡揚,並由鼎信堂升為鼎信仙觀, 冊封李廉德代師為一代真仙並為本觀之鎮壇師, 賜本觀為雷風一脈
