Watchdog Early Education Centre, founded in 1983, is a registered charitable organization in Hong Kong dedicated to providing intensive and well-rounded early intervention and therapy programming for English and Cantonese speaking SEN children under six. Serving over 750 children annually with challenges of a wide spectrum of varying degrees including autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, global developmental delays, Downs Syndrome, cerebral palsy and hyperactivity, we aim at helping SEN children to fulfil their potential at their earliest possible age and preparing them for entry into the mainstream school system. Watchdog run separate English and Chinese programmes for the assessment and training of key development areas in cognitive, fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, self-help skill, expressive and receptive language, and social skills. We offer psychological assessment, specialist teaching both on an individual basis or small group setting, Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Music Therapy.

"Non-Profit Making Veterinary Services for owned animals" 為有主人的動物提供非牟利獸醫服務 Our animal hospital provide affordable medical services to the owners to reduce delay of medical treatments and pet abandonment due to heavy medical expenses. 我們為寵物主人提供可負擔的獸醫服務，以減少動物因醫療費用高昂而延醫，或甚至被遺棄的情況。 "Animal Welfare for Stray Animals" 社區動物福利工作 Apart from medical services, we also help stray animals by launching free neutering programs, offering emergency medical services and free cremation services. NPV Stray Animal Medical Centre is established specifically for stray animals. We hope to use humane and scientific methods to solve overpopulation of community animals. 除了醫療服務，我們亦會為社區流浪動物提供免費絕育及作緊急醫療。社區動物醫療中心為提供社區動物提供免費而成立，我們希望用人道、科學的方法解決社區動物問題。 "Advocacy of Animal Rights" 倡議動物權益 Since 2010, NPV has been promoting the belief of animal rights, and organizing related campaigns. Apart from lobbying the government and politicians for animal-friendly policy, we are dedicated to education, hoping to change the value of animals in society. NPV自2010年起積極宣揚動物權益的信念，並推動相關運動。除了向政府及政客遊說推行動物友善政策外，亦致力從事教育工作，希望改變動物在社會的價值。 NPV is a non-profitable organization, and do not accept government funding, so donation from the public is important for us. There are two funds working independently, and transparently. Financial reports of the funds are audited by professionals and released to the public. NPV的獸醫診所以非牟利方式營運，而且沒有接受政府任何資助，因為公眾的持續捐助對我們是非常重要的。本協會設有兩個基金，以獨立戶口及高透明度運作，基金帳目由核數師核對，並放到網上讓公眾查閱。
