Our church believes that the Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the words of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and written with the highest authority. At the same time, we accept the following "Apostles' Creed" as our program of faith. "I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; I believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, who suffered under Pontius Pilate and was crucified He died on the cross, was buried, and descended into Hades; he rose from the dead on the third day; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he will descend to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; I believe in the holy catholic church; I believe in the communion of saints; I believe in the forgiveness of sins; I believe in the resurrection of the body; I believe in eternal life.
