NPV Stray Animal Medical Centre is established specifically for stray animals. Apart from lobbying the government and politicians for animal-friendly policy, we are dedicated to education, hoping to change the value of animals in society. NPV自2010年起積極宣揚動物權益的信念，並推動相關運動。除了向政府及政客遊說推行動物友善政策外，亦致力從事教育工作，希望改變動物在社會的價值。 NPV is a non-profitable organization, and do not accept government funding, so donation from the public is important for us. There are two funds working independently, and transparently. Financial reports of the funds are audited by professionals and released to the public. NPV的獸醫診所以非牟利方式營運，而且沒有接受政府任何資助，因為公眾的持續捐助對我們是非常重要的。本協會設有兩個基金，以獨立戶口及高透明度運作，基金帳目由核數師核對，並放到網上讓公眾查閱。
