- The Hong Kong Center (also known as New Horizon Buddhist Association) was founded by the 14th Shamar Rinpoche in 2002. Since its establishment, the 400 square meter center has hosted countless number of initiation ceremonies (pujas) and precious Buddhist teachings by many different high Karma Kagyu Rimpoches. This center is located in the city-proper of Hong Kong, accessible by most major public transportation. Our resident lineage teacher, Karma Chagmay Rimpoche, together with our center members will always be happy to offer their best assistance to all visitors, which makes our center a truly blessed place perfect for dharma activities and practices.
