We develops service programs to help local, under-served non-profit organizations and connect them with the volunteer manpower they need to achieve their mission. With a record 1.65 million Hong Kong people living in poverty, it is critical that we each do our part to support communities in need. At HandsOn we harness the spirit to serve in our city by empowering everyone in Hong Kong to volunteer. Every month, our team runs 200 volunteer activities on the HandsOn calendar as a free service. Each activity mobilizes Hongkongers to support under-resourced local charities and the vulnerable groups they serve. HandsOn provides behind-the-scenes support and trusted advisory to our charity partners year-round, serving as a vital extension of their teams. The spirit to serve in Hong Kong is stronger than ever, with over 45,000 volunteers in the HandsOn community. They support and connect with tens of thousands of people in need and critical causes every year. We pledge to continue harnessing this people power and growing collective impact in our beloved city.

Zuni Icosahedron
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesZuni Icosahedron is a Hong Kong-based international experimental theatre company. Founded in 1982, Zuni is one of the nine major professional performing arts groups subsidised by the HKSAR government and has produced more than 190 original productions of alternative theatre and multimedia performances. As well as theatre works, Zuni is also active in video, sound experimentation and installation art, as well as working in the areas of arts education, arts criticism, cultural policy research and international cultural exchange. The name Zuni Icosahedron expresses two essential elements of its theatre works: colour (zuni) and form (icosahedron). While "Zuni" stands for a colour between green and blue, "Icosahedron" is a twenty-sided object as well as a highly infectious virus. Over the years, Zuni has been invited to more than 30 cities in Europe, Asia, and America for cultural exchange and performances. In 2000, Zuni co-presented “Festival of Vision: Berlin / Hong Kong”, the first ever large-scale cultural exchange between Asia and Europe. In 2009, Zuni’s artistic director Danny Yung was awarded the Merit Cross of the Order of Merit by the German Federal Government in recognition of his contribution to arts and cultural exchange between Germany and Hong Kong. The Forbidden City Exhibition presented and organised by Zuni Icosahedron at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in 2009, as the kicking-off programme of its venue partnership. Since 2009, Zuni has been a venue partner of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, producing a series of theatre works and outreach education programmes.
Women's Foundation Limited, The
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesThe association was established in 1994 and aims to provide a platform for young people to continue writing. It publishes the literary magazine "Canglang", which is distributed to the public for free. "Canglang" is published irregularly and has published 26 issues intermittently. The association also organises "Literature Training Course", which is a "concentration camp"-style training course with famous writers as instructors in the class.

SingFest Limited
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesEducation is at the heart of SingFest. The mission of SingFest, a charitable organization, is to provide the highest quality of performances and innovative educational opportunities connecting local singers, instrumentalists, audiences and donors. Since 2012, SingFest has launched a series of choral-related education programmes for professional musicians, school teachers, university and secondary students, as well as music enthusiasts, under the guidance of world-class maestros. Established as a summer festival, the 2014/15 season marked a critical time as SingFest evolved into a year-round programme “BACH 330” supported by the Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In celebration of Bach’s 330th birth anniversary and made up of over 25 choral events including Bach Cantata Lecture-Concerts, masterclasses and school tour, BACH 330 connected the local community of musicians and audiences with international maestros and artists, receiving wide acclaim. A Germany tour of Bach Christmas Oratorio at the invitation of Thüringer Bachwochen followed, together with an appearance in RTHK’s production Christmas Concert in the Park – Pastoral Symphony. In 2016, SingFest presented Bach im Theater, the first classical choral theatre production in town. Combining physical movements, theatrical elements and contemporary insights, the newly-introduced art-form aims to breathe new life into classical choral music through an innovative showcase for young talent. In 2017, the second year-round programme “Choral Polygon” continued to promote early music and repertoire otherwise rarely performed through a variety of theatrical performances and educational events. In 2018/19 season, we embarked on another meaningful year-round project “choral:Images”, presenting staged productions of Bach’s works and micro-movies featuring Monteverdi’s madrigals, to promote choral arts and inspire humanity through the beauty of music. Proactive in promoting choral music with high-quality performances, SingFest strives to pursue not only the finest artistic standard in music but also a broader theatrical context.

Read-Cycling Company Limited
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesFounded in 2009, Read-Cycling is one of a very few charities in Hong Kong dedicated to books and book lovers. We have been working hand-in-hand with like-minded organisations, schools, corporations and individuals in the past 11 years to bring a second life to used books. We are also committed to organising cultural activities in various formats with an aim to make reading an essential part of everyday life. Since 2009, Read-Cycling has received over198,000 quality used books from book donors all over Hong Kong, helping more than 153,000 of them find new homes and thus, saved more than 1,530 trees. Mission: 1. Foster a green reading culture I. We collect used books from various communities through book donation boxes and counters II. Volunteers help sort the books by genres III. Through different channels, we give the books a second life. 2. Promote the joy of reading We reach out to different communities and curate interesting cultural projects with an aim to nurture more book lovers. Passoverdance Limited
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesEstablished in 1993, Passoverdance is a local non-profit dance organisation, which later underwent a restructuring led by Pewan Chow, Antoinette Mak and a group of young artists in 2008. Passoverdance has been a recipient of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council Year Grant since 2016. The company is dedicated to fostering and developing local dance culture, as well as discovering and nurturing new talents in the community. In recent years, the company has toured to Beijing, Guangzhou, Singapore, Bahrain, Taiwan and Malaysia. With its endeavour to explore the infinite possibilities in the art of dance, Passoverdance strives to reveal the purity and uniqueness in each work, creating a deeper dialogue and interaction between the audience and the work. Our Missions: The mission of Passoverdance is centred around two dimensions: 1) To foster the development of arts and culture in Hong Kong through the exploration and creation of works of performing arts, with a focus on contemporary dance. We seek to instill positive messages into our works and illuminate art as a part of everyday life, inspiring the audience to reflect on and experience the power of art. 2) By offering dance courses, workshops, choreographic opportunities and platforms for dance exchange, we hope to motivate the younger generation to develop their self-awareness, confidence, creativity and a sense of appreciation for the arts.

Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited
Arts and Culture and HumanitiesHKAF, launched in 1973, is a major international arts festival committed to enriching the cultural life of the city by presenting leading local and international artists in all genres of the performing arts as well as a diverse range of “PLUS” and educational events in February and March each year. HKAF is a non-profit organisation. The total budget for FY2021/22 (including the 50th Hong Kong Arts Festival and 2022 "No Limits") is approximately HK$124 million. Current Government annual funding accounts for around 21% of the Festival's total income. Around 16% of the Festival's income needs to come from the box office, and around 45% from sponsorship and donations made by corporations, individuals and charitable foundations. The remaining 18% is expected to come from other revenue sources including the Government's matching scheme, which matches income generated through private sector sponsorship and donations. HKAF actively collaborates with Hong Kong’s own creative talent and showcases emerging local artists. Over the years, HKAF has commissioned and produced over 250 local productions across genres including Cantonese opera, theatre, chamber opera, music and contemporary dance, many with successful subsequent runs in Hong Kong and overseas. Recent HKAF productions include Gangsters of Hong Kong, Always by Your Side, Pavilion of a Hundred Flowers, A Floating Family – A Trilogy, Hong Kong Odyssey, Danz Up, Datong – The Chinese Utopia, The Amahs and Murder in San Jose, to name a few. HKAF frequently partners with renowned international artists and institutions to produce exceptional works, such as Der Fensterputzer (The Window Washer) co-produced by HKAF, Goethe-Institut Hong Kong and Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Richard III and The Tempest produced by The Old Vic, BAM and Neal Street under “The Bridge Project” with HKAF as a co-commissioning institution, Green Snake co-commissioned with Shanghai International Arts Festival, and Dream of the Red Chamber co-produced with San Francisco Opera. HKAF invests heavily in arts education for young people. Over the past 30 years, our “Young Friends” scheme has reached over 800,000 local secondary and tertiary school students. A variety of arts education projects serving primary, secondary, and tertiary school students have been launched in recent years, featuring activities such as student showcases, pre-performance talks, open rehearsals, opportunities to attend Festival performances, as well as in-school workshops and lecture demonstrations led by international and local artists. Donations to the “Student Ticket Scheme” also make available approximately 10,000 half-price student tickets each year. HKAF organises a diverse range of “Festival PLUS” activities in community locations each year to enhance engagement between artists and audiences. These include films, lecture demonstrations, masterclasses, workshops, symposia, backstage visits, exhibitions, meet-the-artist sessions, and guided cultural tours. HKAF actively promotes inclusiveness and understanding via the arts to every corner of the community. The “No Limits” project, co-presented with the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, was launched in 2019. Through a series of performances and diverse arts experiences for students and the community, “No Limits” strives to create an inclusive space for people with different abilities to share the joy of the arts together.

Its major roles include grant allocation, policy and planning, advocacy, promotion and development, and special projects. Our vision is to establish Hong Kong as a dynamic and diverse cultural metropolis. Our mission is to support and promote the development of 10 major art forms in literary arts, performing arts, visual arts as well as film and media arts in Hong Kong. Aiming to foster a thriving arts environment and enhancing the quality of life of the public, the we are also committed to facilitating community-wide participation in the arts and arts education, encouraging arts criticism, raising the standard of arts administration, and contributing on policy research.
