- 莒光文化服務中心乃一群熱愛中華文化，善用餘暇、服務社群的志願義工團體。 莒光是香港首個踏足泰北難民村的團隊(1982年11月)，感佩約十萬流落蠻荒異域同胞，顛沛流離，掙扎求存艱困環境下，仍對中華文化的薪傳，乃發起「送炭到泰北」善舉，扶傾濟弱，興學建校，把香港人愛心傳送至泰北山區。 2002年成立《華欣文教基金》編號91/6599 政府批核善機構，以零行政費用，提升送炭服務，以行動表達香港善長的關懐，迄今己歷38個寒暑。 2019年莒光文化服務基金正式成立，並獲政府批核為非牟利慈善團體（檔案編號：91/16700） 亦是以零行政費，與莒光文化服務中心携手並肩同行，致力紥根社區，服務基層族群，關懷抗戰老兵，以及持續《送炭到泰北》慈善工程。
