Based on the principles of socially equal and mutually beneficial among all participants involved, the Foundation is dedicated to improving the rural education conditions in China and promoting fair education and sustainable development pragmatically and responsibly. In September 2012, Green & Shine Foundation Limited (Hong Kong G&S) was qualified as a charitable organization officially in Hong Kong. With a strong sense of mission, commitment, and professionalism, G&S Foundation is devoted to becoming a professional, credible, and influential non-profit educational organization. Vision: Inspire education and sustainable development. Mission: Improve education conditions in rural areas and promote fair education and sustainable development.
- Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
