- 馬浚偉先生熱衷表演藝術事業和文藝創作，深感培育傳承的重要性，特此於2017年成立非牟利機構「主創藝術坊」，延續對公益事業的堅持，實踐為社福界服務的心志。 「主創藝術坊」是以回饋社會為責任的非牟利組織，透過製作舞台演出、室內外表演活動、以及各項和表演藝術有關之活動和教育課程，從中製造不同的工作機會及相關訓練予有興趣參與的低收入人士、有能力但缺乏機會的各年齡組別的人士及社會基層及弱勢群體等，望能透過工作、實踐和學習，達到自我增值、增強對自我存在的肯定、加深對表演藝術之認識、及體會社會中的團隊合作精神。 此外，「主創藝術坊」會定期舉辦義工活動，讓參與者有機會直接服務社會， 體驗真正互助互愛、並透過表演藝術去認識生活，了解活著的真諦。
