Description: Established by Mr. Chiu Kwong-chiu in 2001, the Design and Cultural Studies Workshop is dedicated to the research and promotion of traditional Chinese culture as well as contemporary art and design. The key research topics are “culture,” “design” and “Hong Kong.” We employ various ways of promotion and attempts in various areas, including book publications, digital media, exhibitions, educational projects, etc. We collaborate earnestly with organizations in China, Hong Kong and overseas to enhance the general understanding and interest of learning traditional Chinese culture. In 2010, “Design and Cultural Studies Workshop Limited” was officially registered as a charitable organization in Hong Kong.; Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
