The establishment of the centre is to preserve the culture and teachings of Buddhism, especially Vajrayana Buddhism (Tibetan Buddhism). The main purposes are to promote the Buddhist Spiritualism for those who are interested in Buddhism and to bring about fundamental changes to individual in particular, and to the society as a whole, through our wholehearted involvement in the understanding of Buddhist values and motivation. As the saying goes, 'Success isn't the happiness, finding happiness is success.'; Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
