About
- Description
- The objective of this Society is to relieve poverty of the low income families and elderly through charitable activities and donations. DTFU stands for Dignity Trust & Friendship Union. We involve around 150 members mostly based in Hong Kong and our fellows extend to Shanghai, Taiwan and beyond Asia to the USA. Established in Hong Kong since 2008; we were initially set up as a non-profitable society serving the purpose to bond friendships and networking among young elites and entrepreneur. Recognizing the strength and capacity of this providential group while observing the need for support from our community, DTFU decided to give back and encourages social responsibility among our members. Our mission is to Enjoy and Donate. Our vision is to establish DTFU as the social group in Hong Kong providing the support for pilot projects and promote participation in charity work. The possibility to give back is endless.
- Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
