Committee members are appointed by the Chief Executive. Representatives of relevant government departments, including the Environmental Protection Department, also sit on the Committee. Since its establishment, the ECC has planned and organized many environmental events and activities for different sectors of the community.; "Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States. This opportunity is designed to broaden their horizons, inspire them to see a future full of possibilities, and help them break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. The fund operates on the belief that when young people can see a future, they will not give up on themselves.
