It uses drama-in-education techniques to teach different school subjects such as Chinese, English and Mathematics. Founded in 1982 and subsidized by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council from 1989-2002, Exploration Theatre is a leading professional theatre company in Hong Kong. To date, Exploration Theatre has produced more than a hundred drama projects and over 2,000 performances and workshops, reaching out to more than 650,000 people. It has trained thousands of young people, teachers and business professionals.
