Description: Since its establishment in the millennium, the Central and Western District Parent-Teacher Association Federation has been committed to promoting home-school cooperation and promoting close ties among parent-teacher associations in the district. It organizes different types of activities to strengthen parent-child, moral education, academics, and even volunteer services. Experience sharing and exchange in the field give full play to the bridge of mutual trust, mutual help and mutual understanding between home and school, thereby improving the effectiveness of collaboration between families, schools and communities. At the same time, we also actively care about the community and are invited to serve as and participate in the affairs of various social welfare organizations.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
