- Forget Thee Not engages the public to rethink the meaning of life through education, advocacy and practical implementation of plans to ensure the best possible transition. We advocate for proactive planning approaches to address the challenges of end-of-life journeys, using tools such as advance directive, caring plan, funerals and related instructions. If an individual, ailing or otherwise, unexpectedly becomes unconscious and/or unable to recover, their family members and doctors can follow their expressed preferences to make the appropriate arrangements for their transition. In this way, the patient can live their final moments with the greatest dignity.
- Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
