Description: The FQ Education Charity Foundation was established in 2015 and was recognized as a charity by the Hong Kong government in 2019 (charity number 91/11721). In the past, we have gathered enthusiastic and committed people from all walks of life to jointly promote the popularization of financial and business education starting from childhood. We have now gathered and trained teams from different sectors and joined our association to become professional financial coaches. We work together to promote the inheritance of national financial education, cultivate correct money values and healthy financial lifestyles for the next generation, and establish good life plans. knowledge and financial management character, so as to enjoy financial freedom and reduce the number of financially disadvantaged groups.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
